Job summary

Bimplus is recruiting for Concrete Operatives to join ongoing day shifts on a major highway infrastructure project in the Banbury area. You will join established gangs and contribute to concrete pours, levelling, and finishing on live carriageways.

Successful candidates will have proven concrete experience, a valid CSCS card, and a strong safety mindset to work on live roads within a professional site environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete works, ideally within highways.
• Strong focus on health & safety procedures on-site.
• Ability to work safely on live roads and in traffic environments.

Responsibilities

• Pouring, levelling, and finishing concrete on live carriageways.
• Working with formwork and reinforcement.
• Carrying out repairs and reinstatement works.
• Operating tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment.
• Working efficiently as part of a gang or independently.
• Following strict health & safety procedures and traffic management protocols.
