Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a £4.5m civil engineering and highways scheme in Milton Keynes. Lead the delivery from mobilisation through to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers on a complex NEC-based contract.

The role requires strong NEC knowledge, proven multi-million-pound project delivery, and excellent client-facing communication. Long-term involvement with a Tier 1 contractor is anticipated.

Qualifications

• NEC knowledge required, including NEC4 contract administration and early warning processes.
• Experience delivering multi-million-pound infrastructure projects on time and to budget.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination with Tier 1 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from mobilisation to completion.
• Manage construction programme, resources and site teams.
• Coordinate with commercial and client teams, ensuring NEC processes are followed.
