RecruitEasy Limited is seeking an experienced Highways Agent for a client based in Perth, Scotland. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time and within budget.

You will liaise with clients, engineers and stakeholders, maintain quality standards and site documentation, and support commercial and project delivery teams. Immediate start for ongoing work in Perth.

Competenze

• Must have a valid CSCS Card.
• Proven experience as a Highways Agent within Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Highways Agent Required!

RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Highways Agent to work for our client based in Perth, Scotland, Perth and Kinross.

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: 20-10-2026

Pay Rate: between £300.00 - £400.00 Per Day - paid weekly!

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

Job Roles:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Liaising with clients, engineers and project stakeholders
• Maintaining quality standards and site documentation
• Supporting commercial and project delivery teams

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CSCS Card
• Proven experience as a Highways Agent within Civil Engineering
• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Benefits:

• We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay - so you get to keep more of your take home pay.
