Job summary

Lanes Group Ltd is recruiting a Drainage Engineer for Andover, Hampshire. The role involves driving gully wagons, working with a partner to clean highways, and performing jetting and CCTV investigations on drainage systems.

Applicants should be comfortable outdoors, with a hands-on approach; working across days, nights, and potential travel. 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6am–4pm, with responsibilities including site liaison, records updates, and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• CPC Licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in drains, sewers, pipes, and other wastewater systems.
• Carry out remote CCTV investigations to assess underground pipes and sewers.
• Work as part of a small team operating jetting and vacuumation units.
• Liaise with customers and update electronic records.
• Ensure safety issues are reported and checked.
