Job Title: Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Baston House School – Kent, BR2 7AB
Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE, DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another £2,500 after final probation; £3,000 Relocation package, dependent on distance; T&Cs apply)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only, with potential for full-year contract if desired
Essential: Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle

This exciting role involves developing speech and language therapy services, working alongside the Lead Clinician, Clinical Locality Lead, and Head of Speech and Language Therapy. You will implement preventative interventions at a systems level, collaborate with education staff and other clinicians, and manage your caseload. The role also includes staff training and consultation, requiring a resilient, creative, and autonomous individual committed to person-centered care and safeguarding.
