A leading service provider in the UK is seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join their clinical team at Baston House School. This exciting role focuses on implementing preventative interventions and working collaboratively to maximize student outcomes. With support from experienced clinicians and opportunities for professional development, you'll play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our care while benefiting from a supportive work culture.
How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*?
Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).
If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!
We offer a £2,000 training allowance in the first year to support your professional development, allowing you to complete role-specific training tailored to your needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing clinical team supporting the school. You will work alongside the Lead Clinician, Clinical Locality Lead, and Head of Speech and Language Therapy to develop our Speech and Language Therapy services.
The role involves implementing preventative interventions at a systems level with a whole school approach, working collaboratively with education staff and other clinical disciplines to maximize impact for all students.
You will manage a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation, with support from our experienced Clinical Team. This position is suited for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage workload effectively. You will also provide training and information to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as needed.
Our clinical teams focus on a person-centred, empowering approach, always prioritizing the individuals we support. We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring those we serve are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them.
We are committed to excellence and are one of the UK’s leading service providers. We seek a Speech and Language Therapist who shares our vision of using innovative approaches to enhance the quality of life for the people in our care.
