A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our Learning Disability Intensive Support Service (LDISS). We are a nationally recognised service, providing support in the community for people with a Learning Disability that cannot be supported in mainstream services, aiming to keep people at home and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
The post holder will be an invaluable member of LDISS, working with service users throughout Gloucestershire and in our small inpatient service at Stroud. The role involves:
