Job summary

Mackenzie Construction Limited is seeking a Site Agent to join our Inverness hub to support civil engineering and structural refurbishment projects across the Highlands. You will be responsible for the on-site management to deliver programmes safely, on time and to budget.

Working with Contracts Manager, Project Manager, engineers and site staff, you will ensure HSE, quality and environmental standards are maintained, manage RAMS and coordinate subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects on site in civil engineering or refurbishment
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation
• Ability to manage site labour and subcontractors and coordinate with project teams

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites ensuring safety, programme delivery and quality
• Record site works and resources accurately
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager on site progress
• Ensure RAMS are up to date and reviewed on site
• Identify scope changes and escalate as needed
• Promote company policies, values and safety on site
• Lead meetings with the Client and report on progress
• Appointment and management of suppliers and sub-contractors
