Bell Ingram Partnership is seeking a Rural Surveyor / Land Agent to join our Highland team in Beauly. You’ll deliver professional rural surveying work across estates, land agency, valuations, and renewable energy projects, with a supportive path toward MRICS status.

Qualifications

• Experience in rural surveying, estate management or land agency.
• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification, or working towards professional qualification (or willing to do so with our support).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
• Proactive and commercially minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a varied portfolio of rural clients.
• Deliver professional advice across a broad range of rural surveying disciplines.
• Take ownership of client relationships as appropriate.
• Provide estate management for rural estates, farms and private clients.
• Contribute to rural property sales, acquisitions and landlord & tenant matters.
• Prepare RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals.
• Assist with compensation, servitudes and wayleave negotiations.
• Advise on renewable energy projects including wind, hydro, solar and battery storage.
• Offer strategic land management advice covering forestry, natural capital and diversification opportunities.
