Bell Ingram Partnership in Forfar seeks a MRICS Rural Surveyor with post-qualification experience to lead estate management and property advisory work across Scotland. You will conduct valuations, advise on sales and leases, and explore renewable energy opportunities while building strong client relationships.

The role offers varied projects, independent work, and opportunities to develop professionally within a supportive team culture. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience.
• Willingness to develop strong client relationships and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee agricultural, commercial, residential property and rural estate management.
• Advise on sales, purchases, landlord/tenant matters, compensation claims and servitudes/wayleaves.
• Undertake property appraisals and RICS Red Book valuations.
• Review and negotiate renewable energy opportunities (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage).
• Provide strategic land-management advice to private and public clients.
• Take responsibility for personal development and broaden skills.
