Global Highland Ltd in the Cairngorms National Park is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead a loyal team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop front‑of‑house staff, manage guest feedback, control costs and ensure food safety, while promoting a positive, active Highlands lifestyle. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours a week, with a salary starting at £32,000 and accommodation available if required.

• Hospitality management experience essential and proven guest‑facing skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong leadership, prioritisation and time management in a fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations with high service standards.
• Recruit, train and lead front‑of‑house staff, fostering a positive culture.
• Manage staff rotas, guest feedback and guest complaints professionally.
• Monitor costs, budgets and stock, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance across the venue.
• Drive sales, improve guest experience and maintain consistent service.
