The Governing Body of Ysgol Glannau Gwaun is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team.
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with teachers and other staff to plan, deliver and evaluate learning activities, supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development. You will promote positive behaviour, help pupils overcome barriers to learning, and contribute to creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience of supporting teaching and learning across a school setting, is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils, has excellent communication skills and can work effectively as part of a team.
