Job summary

Evolution Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils and teachers in delivering an inclusive, engaging learning environment. You will work with class teachers, lead focused sessions, assist with behaviour management, and step in to cover class teaching under supervision.

The role involves monitoring pupil progress, feeding back to staff, contributing to planning and assessment, and upholding safeguarding and school policies to keep pupils safe

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a vital role in supporting both students and teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
