Your Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:
Provide individualised support to students with SEN/SEND and ASD
Plan and deliver engaging, adaptive lessons to enhance academic and social development
Work closely with teachers and schools across South Yorkshire to promote inclusive education
What We're Looking For:
1+ years' experience as a HLTA (SEN/SEND experience preferred)
Experience supporting ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to obtain)
Two professional references
Right to work in the UK
