Job summary

Catering is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a Manchester primary school. This long-term, temporary position offers a daily rate of £90–£120. The role is based in Manchester (M12) with strong leadership and good transport links.

An early years qualification or being an ECT is preferred, with TA experience and SEN exposure advantageous for success in this classroom support role.

Qualifications

• Must have or be working towards an Early Years qualification.
• Experience as a teaching assistant is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily activities and learning tasks.
• Assist with behaviour management and small group instruction.
