Job summary

Academics are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Epping to join a high-achieving primary school. The role is two days per week with a contract until July 2027 and potential for permanency, offering variety and a chance to lead learning and support pupils.

You will lead lessons, support pupils needing guidance and work with teachers to ensure progress, with on-site parking and good rail links nearby.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or relevant experience taking responsibility for whole-class learning and supporting teaching staff.
• Ability to lead lessons and deliver planned learning activities across the primary age range.
• Strong classroom management and ability to adapt activities to meet differing abilities.
