Job description

Temporary Higher Level Teaching Assistant post with Brooke Hill Academy Trust, covering Edith Weston Academy and South Witham until 31 August 2027, with possible extension. The work centres on partnering class teachers to raise attainment and building pupils' independence, self-esteem and inclusion through individual and group support. It is term-time only, around 21 hours 45 minutes a week over three days, with days confirmed at interview. Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are required, as visa sponsorship is not available.
