Job summary

Brooke Hill Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide cover across Edith Weston Academy and South Witham. You will work with class teachers to support learning and help pupils access the curriculum in a positive, inclusive environment.

This role focuses on raising attainment, promoting independence and confidence, and offering targeted support to individuals or groups to enable participation and achievement in lessons.

• Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
• Promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
