Epping Upland CofE Primary School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support learning and cover classes as needed. The role focuses on building positive relationships with children, parents, carers and professionals, and advancing learning through careful planning and resourcing.

Term-time only, with INSET days and enhanced DBS eligibility. Strong communication, reliability and flexibility are essential, along with the ability to plan and resource effectively when covering a class.

Job description

This Higher Level Teaching Assistant post at Epping Upland CofE Primary School involves supporting children's learning and covering classes when needed. The work centres on building positive relationships with children, parents, carers and professionals, and moving learning on through careful planning and resourcing. Term-time only, Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 15:30, with 38 working weeks plus INSET days paid as additional hours. Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are needed, as visa sponsorship is not available.
