Job summary

Oakridge School in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups and whole classes.
• Lead whole-class teaching when required, covering planned absence and PPA time.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and pupils.
• Support safeguarding and inclusion initiatives.
