Job summary

Simply Education Ltd. is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work across secondary schools in Buckinghamshire. You will support learning, cover lessons when required, and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have HLTA experience, strong classroom management, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. SEND experience is desirable, and reliability and enthusiasm are essential for a successful school-wide role.

Qualifications

• Have previous HLTA experience.

• Experience with SEND is desirable.

About You

• Have previous experience working as an HLTA
• Ideally have experience within a secondary school environment
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Are confident delivering lessons and supporting learning
• Can build positive relationships with students
• Are reliable, professional and enthusiastic
• Have a genuine passion for supporting young people
• Can work effectively as part of a wider school team
• SEND experience would also be highly desirable, particularly for candidates interested in supporting students with additional needs.
