Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learners across key stages. This full-time position covers all classes with allocated PPA time and offers daily pay rates of £105-£120.

You will work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, support students individually or in small groups, and foster an inclusive learning environment while contributing to pupils' holistic development.

Qualifications

• Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience.
• NVQ level 3/4 qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in KS2 or KS1 environments is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Additional Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to cover all classes across the school. Additionally, you will be allocated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time to ensure you can effectively support the school's educational objectives.

Requirements:

• Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be patient, adaptable, and an effective team player.
• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role is advantageous.
