Job summary

Value Education LTD is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support young people with additional needs in a specialist school environment. This temporary to permanent role offers an ASAP start and entails covering classes and delivering targeted interventions.

The successful candidate will be a caring, enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication, ICT skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Experience in SEND/SEN/PMLD is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND, SEN or PMLD settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, inspire and motivate young people.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to prioritise workload and respond to changing demands.
• Good ICT skills and a passion for supporting children.

£115-£125 per day - depending on experience
