About this Role

Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Guided Futures

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 32.5 hours, 39weeks (term time plus one week)

Working pattern: 8.30am - 3.30pm,Monday to Friday

Salary: Pathway 5, £24,912- £26,755 per annum (FTE £33,119 - £35,570)

Site: Queen KatharineAcademy

Your role:

Asour HLTA - Guided Futures, you will support students with SEND and additionalneeds to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. You will deliver interventions and plannedlearning, promote independence, and use trauma-informed approaches to helpyoung people overcome barriers to success. You will work closely withcolleagues, families and external agencies to ensure every student receives thesupport they need to thrive.

We'relooking for a qualified HLTA with a strong understanding of SEND, EHCPs andinclusive practice.
