Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) are seeking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to start in November 2026. The post holder will cover teacher PPA release across KS2 and should have experience of working in KS2.

The HLTA will deliver high quality and engaging lessons, demonstrate effective behaviour management and directly support staff in the classroom. An Enhanced Disclosure and Barred List check will be undertaken in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education requirements.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or willingness to obtain this qualification.
• Experience working in KS2.
• Able to start in November 2026.
• Strong behaviour management and engagement skills.
