Qualifications

• Experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or similar in a primary or special needs settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and behaviour management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behaviour and pastoral support to pupils to enable learning.
• Support teachers with planning and implementing behaviour strategies and interventions.
• Contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom environment and track pupil progress.
