Job summary

Havergal CE Primary Academy is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. The role centers on leading whole-class learning, delivering targeted support and contributing to planning and assessment under teaching staff.

You will support pupils with a range of needs, run intervention programmes, small-group work and assessment activities under supervision, and help maintain high standards of behaviour and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading learning and supporting diverse pupils.
• Ability to contribute to planning and assessment under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-class learning and deliver targeted support.
• Contribute to planning, assessment and wider academy work.
• Support pupils with a range of needs and run small-group work.
