Throston Primary School in the Tees Valley is seeking a highly motivated and caring higher level teaching assistant to support Key Stage 2 pupils in our Phoenix Room II, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

The post holder will contribute to our provision for pupils with SEND and SEMH and will join a friendly staff team dedicated to ensuring every child has a flying start to success in a stimulating, safe and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Job description

The governing body of Throston Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and caring higher level teaching assistant to support Key Stage 2 children within our additional provision (Phoenix Room II). The postholder will have particular responsibility for supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and will contribute to the school's provision for pupils with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs. The successful candidate will join our friendly school to help ensure our children all have a 'flying start to success'.
