Glen Park Primary School in Plymouth is seeking an experienced HLTA (0.2) to work across the school. The role supports PPA release and delivers intervention programmes for individuals and small groups, contributing to SEND support and positive behaviour.
Candidates should have HLTA qualification or meet HLTA standards, be strong communicators, and enjoy teamwork. The post is fixed-term, 38 weeks per year, 6 hours per week, with start date as soon as possible.

We are looking to appoint an individual who is a team player, able to use their initiative in the classroom and help support PPA release and the delivery of intervention programmes for individual and small groups of children. The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to demonstrate a secure level of understanding of SEND needs and be able to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning.
