An established educational institution is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students with special educational needs (SEN) within the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide support for our KS3 and KS4 curriculum, specifically for students with SEN. In collaboration with the SENCO, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and deliver structured executive functioning and organizational programs, anxiety/anger management initiatives, therapy strategies reinforcement, and Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language programs. Prior experience in supporting students with autism or high levels of anxiety is crucial for this role.
