Tradewind Recruitment is supporting a welcoming primary school in Hackney Borough to hire a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a September 2026 start. We are seeking someone who can contribute to a positive learning environment and support pupils across the primary age range.

You will lead whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher, deliver engaging lessons, and provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or significant experience in a similar role.
