Bridge Academy Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support learning across the primary setting. The HLTA will cover teacher release time, deliver learning activities from plans, and work with a supportive team of pupils and staff.
The role requires DBS clearance and satisfactory references; it is term-time only with a permanent contract, 27.5 hours weekly, 8:30–15:00 with a 1-hour break, at Chipping Ongar Primary School.

About the role:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about pupils’ learning, enjoys being with children, has a positive attitude, and can work as part of a friendly and dedicated team as part of our new SLD provision and across our mainstream setting.
The HLTA’s role is to work across the primary setting to cover teacher’s statutory release time. This will involve delivering learning activities for whole classes working from plans provided by the teaching staff. A broad and balanced curriculum will be expected to be covered alongside working with a wonderful team of pupils and support staff.
