Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is confident leading learning as well as supporting it? Teach Now is recruiting for an exciting full-time primary opportunity in Barnet from September.
This Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety. You could be supporting targeted interventions in the morning, working alongside a class teacher to raise attainment and then confidently leading a class or group activity when required.
The role will include:
An experienced primary practitioner already comfortable working at HLTA level. HLTA status, a Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable, alongside strong literacy, numeracy, communication and behaviour-management skills.
