Are you an experienced HLTA looking for your next opportunity in the Bury area? Perspective Education is currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team from September.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
• Support whole-class learning, group interventions, and 1:1 sessions
• Work closely with teachers to raise standards of achievement
• Support pupils with SEND and behavioural needs as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• HLTA status or a relevant Level 4 qualification
• Proven experience in a similar classroom-based role
• Confidence leading lessons and managing behaviour effectively
• A proactive, flexible approach and strong communication skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
