Milk Education is recruiting a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming secondary school in Bolton for a September start. The HLTA will lead whole-class learning, deliver targeted interventions and work with teaching staff to support student progress across key subjects.
Successful candidates will hold HLTA status or an equivalent qualification, have experience with secondary-aged students, and demonstrate excellent communication and safeguarding awareness.

We are looking for an experienced HLTA who holds HLTA status or an equivalent qualification, with the confidence to lead whole-class learning, deliver targeted interventions and work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student progress across a range of subjects.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with teaching staff to support learning across the school, deliver planned lessons during teacher absence, provide targeted interventions, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed.
