This is a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young children with additional needs. The successful candidate will lead teaching and learning within a specialist Reception SEN class, supporting a small group of 5-8 pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs, including personal care requirements. Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher, therapists, and wider support staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupils following an adaptive curriculum, ensuring that every child can access learning and achieve their individual outcomes.
