ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Higher Level Learning Support Assistant in Northamptonshire to support students with SEND, both inside and outside the classroom. You will work with teaching staff to promote independence, confidence and progress, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
The role involves one-to-one and small group support, delivering targeted interventions and maintaining records. A strong safeguarding mindset and commitment to equality are essential for success.
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £28,192 - £30,879 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
