School of Coding & AI is seeking a diligent Student Finance Assistant to support students with tuition fees, funding options, and payment plans. You will work with Admissions, Registry, Compliance, and Academic teams to ensure accurate financial records and smooth fee collection.

Key tasks include advising on fees, processing payments, and assisting with funding through Student Finance England. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential in a fast-paced HE environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in finance administration or student finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail when handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for student finance enquiries, advising on tuition fees and payment options.
• Support tuition fee payments, balances, refunds, and sponsorships.
• Assist with funding options including Student Finance England.
• Maintain accurate student financial records and monitor accounts.
• Process payments, refunds, and financial transactions accurately.
