School of Coding & AI is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT function as we expand higher education provision. You’ll build infrastructure, launch new sites and resolve issues while growing a small team and establishing an effective helpdesk for staff and thousands of students.

You’ll oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, AD and device management, manage budgets and contracts, and drive security and disaster recovery.

Competenze

• Experience managing IT services in a fast-paced organisation with many users.
• Proven ability to build or upgrade IT infrastructure and set up new sites.
• Practical experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows device management.
• Experience deploying BitLocker and managing backups and security.
