The Wessex Inspiration Network (WIN) is seeking a motivated advisor tojoin our team and help inspire young people across the Southwest to explore their future education and career opportunities.
WIN is the regional Uni Connect partnership in B&NES, Wiltshire and North Somerset, funded by the Office for Students. We bring together universities, colleges, schools and community partners to support young people from underrepresented groups to make informed decisions about their future education and career pathways.
As a Higher Education Advisor, you will coordinate and deliver a large programme of outreach activities, workshops and events that raise aspirations, increase awareness of higher education opportunities and support progression. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with young people, schools, colleges and partner organisations, helping to reduce educational inequalities and widen participation in higher education.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about widening participation and committed to helping young people achieve their potential.
You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders and has experience of engaging young people through workshops, events or educational activities.
