School of Coding & AI's Higher Education division seeks a Business Management Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching on BA (Hons) Business Management programmes, including Foundation Year.

This teaching-focused role covers classroom delivery, assessment marking and student support to develop management, leadership and digital business skills. Salary ranges from £38,000 to £43,000, with 36 days leave and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

Must have a degree in Business Management, Business Studies, Entrepreneurship or a related discipline.
Teaching experience in a Higher Education environment is essential.
Experience marking academic assessments and providing feedback.
Strong knowledge in Business Management topics.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching across Higher Education Business Management programmes.
Teach subjects including management, leadership, entrepreneurship, operations, finance, sustainability or digital business.
Mark assessments and provide feedback according to briefs and regulations.
Support students to develop academic skills, employability and progression.
Monitor progress, attendance and engagement; provide guidance.
