Job description

We are recruiting an administration assistant to be based in Gransha Park Derry/Londonderry in the Cityside Recovery Team. This is a full-time post, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. The rate of pay for this role will be £12.31 per hour and it will last a minimum of 3 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the Adult Mental Health Services.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Answering incoming calls and providing professional assistance to callers
  2. Booking appointments and managing calendars/diaries
  3. Accurately taking meeting minutes and distributing them as required
  4. Typing doctors reports from dictation
Supporting day-to-day administrative operations across the service
What We Need From You
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
  • 1 year of administrative/clerical experience
  • Minute-taking experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience using Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced Access NI check
