Constellation is hiring a Chef de Partie for Liverpool venues, delivering high-volume catering for conferences, exhibitions and events. You’ll confidently run your own section, support senior chefs and maintain top quality, hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role suits chefs who thrive under pressure, enjoy variety and are committed to delivering premium food across events in a professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or ready to step up from Commis Chef.
• Experience in high-volume catering, conference, exhibition or large-scale events.
• Confident running own section with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present food to recipes and specifications with consistency and quality.
• Own your designated section and work independently while maintaining high standards.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef for high-volume corporate events, conferences and exhibitions.
• Ensure dishes are delivered on time, with proper HACCP records and allergen controls.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready kitchen and comply with health and safety policies.
• Assist with stock control, FIFO, and waste reduction.
