Crisis is seeking a Proposition Development Manager to shape fundraising narratives and donor propositions that attract major investment. The role blends strategy with hands-on content creation to engage high-value supporters and drive transformational funding.

Location: Hybrid from our London office, E1, with the requirement to travel as needed. We are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis' Hybrid Working Policy.

As Proposition Development Manager, you will lead the creation of compelling fundraising narrative, donor propositions and communications that engage high-value supporters and help secure transformational support.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex information into powerful fundraising narratives.
