Job summary

Center Parcs in Elveden Forest seeks a High Ropes Instructor to lead aerial adventure activities and ensure guest safety. You will instruct participants, supervise climbs and help guests conquer challenging courses with enthusiasm.

This role features flexible, part-time hours including early mornings, weekends and bank holidays, with guaranteed 60 hours over a 4-week period as needed. Training and development are provided within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over
• Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise activities such as aerial adventure, climbing and tree trekking
• Meet and engage guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience
• Set up, inspect and maintain equipment in line with company safety guidelines
