Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting a Site Manager to lead a high-rise residential and envelope delivery project in Luton. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and drive safety, quality and programme across façade/envelope and internal packages.

Reporting alongside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will ensure works are delivered on time with a strong focus on QA, building safety and site compliance. Attractive package and progression offered.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience on high-rise residential/multi-storey projects.
• Experience with façade/envelope packages and internal construction works.
• Confidently manage subcontractors, programme and site logistics.
• Strong understanding of QA, building safety and site compliance.
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities on the high-rise scheme.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works stay on programme.
• Manage site logistics, QA and building safety & compliance.
• Ensure works across façade/envelope and internal packages meet quality standards.
