Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a significant fire remediation project in Birmingham City Centre. You will be responsible for managing the full remediation package and ensuring safe, compliant delivery on a high-rise site.

Join an established team and lead coordination of trades, schedules and logistics to meet critical milestones and client expectations throughout the 30-week contract.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated façade systems.
• Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively.
• Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery.
• High-rise residential project experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of the major high-rise fire remediation project in Birmingham City Centre.
• Manage the full remediation package including SFS installation, bracketry, insulation, fire stopping, weatherboard, rainscreen cladding, EWI and render.
• Coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages to ensure on-time delivery.
