Gardner Denver is seeking an experienced Operations Manager High Pressure in Redditch to lead manufacturing operations, optimise resource use and uphold safety, quality and efficiency standards. You will supervise complex assembly, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive improvements to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, proven experience in high-precision manufacturing, and a track record in lean initiatives and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Green belt or higher Lean practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure schedules are met.
• Coordinate complex assembly workflows across production, engineering and QA.
• Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of supervisors and operators.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and safety regulations.
