You will lead a large team, drive sales, availability, customer service and operational standards, while building a strong culture of performance.

The role demands a hands-on, front‑line leader with a track record in food/grocery or high-volume environments, plus strong commercial sense and people leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams within retail, ideally food, grocery or another high-volume environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing store KPIs and budgets.
• Excellent people leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team to deliver outstanding results.
• Take ownership of sales, profitability, productivity and store KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.
• Drive product availability, stock management and operational excellence.
