Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Rushden and surrounding areas is seeking High-Level Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Key Stage 1 and 2.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Lead small-group interventions across core curriculum subjects.
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs (SEN and EAL).
• Support learning one-to-one and in small groups.
• Contribute to lesson planning, assessment and pupil progress tracking.
• Promote positive behaviour and create an engaging learning environment.
